	Alan G. Boon Position: President, CEO and Director

	John R. Brodie, FCA Position: Director Mr. Brodie was a Senior Partner with KPMG for 28 years. He provided leadership to the form on a local and national level, serving as Managing Partner in Ottawa and as an elected member of the Canadian Board for KPMG. In his capacity as an audit partner, he served many public companies, and was involved in a number of public offerings. He successfully built three new operating units within Western Canada for KPMG. For distinguished service to KMPG, the CA Profession, and the community, he was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of British Columbia in 2003. He serves as a Director and Audit Committee Chair for a number of public companies in the mining industry.

	Paul F. Saxton Position: Director Mr. Saxton is a Professional Engineer and holds a Master in Business Administration degree. He has served as President of various other mining companies, including Standard Mining Corporation, Viceroy Resource Corporation, Loki Gold Corporation and Corona Corporation. Mr. Saxton is Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Mines Ltd. since May 2003, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Gold Corporation since March 2004.
